FAQs

All our advisory clients have their own Trello boards. Chris Bird and Ric Richardson have access to all boards. Each client uses their board(s) to select and run jobs they would like help with and then authorise before selecting the next job from a list of prioritised jobs to do. (see How do I use Trello? in FAQs)
  • Once subscribed, you're able to add as many Invention requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

  • On average, most requests are completed in just three (3) days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

  • We understand you may not have enough Invention advice requirements to fill up a whole month. Perhaps you only have one or two Invention requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

    Billing cycles are based on a 20 business day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 10 days of your month, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 business days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

  • That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

  • Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

  • You have a list to the left for adding Resources;

    And next a list for Job/ Request (prioritised) Q's which you (the user) drags & drops into the next Current List (only 1 at a time);

    We answer (2-day turnaround) then we (the advisor) drag & drop into theWaiting for Client Feedback list;

    If you’re happy you drag & drop to the Done list;

    If unhappy or need further clarification you need to recycle back into your own Job/ Request (prioritised) list as you see fit;

    It's unlimited the no. of projects any subscriber can have & for you to use as you wish. We have oversight but can only deal with One Q at a time & once in Waiting Client Feedback you manage by dragging into Done or back into Job/ Request (prioritised).
